Our spirulina tablets are made up of 99% pure spirulina and 1% magnesium sulfate. The weight of each tablet is 0.5 g.

The recommended daily dose is 3 to 6 tablets to be taken during the morning, immediately after breakfast. The 6 tablets are recommended for athletes, before and after training and in dietary regimes instead of a meal.

The strain of Spirulina in cultivation has been studied in depth from a biological, ultrastructural and response point of view to light stimuli at various wavelengths and intensities. at the Lab of General Botany of the Department of Biology of the University of Florence. Spirulina is grown following natural methods in alkaline waters rich in mineral salts inside photobioreactors isolated from contamination.
